we don’t leave any space for quality services. All the services and projects are handled through experienced and well trained staff.
Howvever, any refund and service cancellation can be process with the below conditions.
- In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at www.netmagesystem.com, you could do so within 24 hrs of the orders agreement.
- The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started.
- In any case, Netmage Tech System will not entertain cancellations for services such as domain registration, domain name transfer. REFUND POLICY
- Every service offered by us takes different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one service to other.
- In this case any client who is not satisfied with our services we can provide a refund with in 30 days from the date of first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us.
- There is no refund policy for the services placed under same day delivery.
- Netmage Tech System is not liable to refund if delay or service disruption happens due to change in the scope of work in the mid of development phase or any third party involvement.
